Is my data safe?
Yes. Each company's data is isolated from every other, access follows the permissions you set, and every action is logged with who did it and when. The assistant handles your requests through a specialised AI provider.
Does it save anything without my approval?
No. Every invoice, entry or expense appears on a card first, and is saved only after you tap "Confirm".
Does it support e-invoicing?
We are working on the ZATCA connection now. Today you issue invoices with their VAT and follow them up in one place.
Can I bring my data over?
Yes. Export your chart of accounts, customers, suppliers and balances to Excel or CSV and drop in the file. We match the columns and catch errors before saving, and you approve the opening balances yourself.
Do I need an accountant?
The assistant prepares the everyday bookkeeping and shows it to you to approve. Your accountant stays for the decisions and the review, and gets more done in less time.
Is the trial free?
Yes, free with no card needed: Companies: 3, Users: 5 and Monthly AI runs: 100.
Are the figures accurate?
The figures are calculated by an accounting engine, not a language model. The assistant prepares and shows you, and an entry is saved only when it balances.
What doesn't قيد do yet?
